Fall is finally here

It is finally cool here in Oklahoma... that may not seem post worthy - but to a guy who's car has no air conditioner....that is HUGE! Actually only 1 car has no a/c, our other car is brand spanking new. We bought a VW Jetta last week. We traded in the truck because we were spending an inapropriate percentage of our income on gas - and that is with me riding the motorcycle alot over the past few months. So, we have new wheels - so that's fun. The NCAA volleyball season is wrapping up, so I only have a couple of weeks of madness left - then things will slow down a little.

God has been so good to us.....no specific reason for saying that, other than the fact that He has.
I don't want to be one of those people that say "God is important to me" but then I never talk about Him.....so then you are left thinking, "this really isn't that important to him, because he never talks about it." I know a guy that says he loves Jesus, but all he ever talks about, and I mean it, all I ever hear him talking about, is something else. Every time I see this guy, he's telling me about his newest thing in this one area. So, I wonder to myself, is God as important to him as this is? Because he never talks about God. Don't we want to talk about what is important to us? I think we do.
WOW! Where did that rant come from? Oh well - it felt good.
